Brush Holders
Mechanical action where vapor alone is not enough
Takes nylon, brass or stainless brush inserts to lift encrusted dirt, break up baked grease and break down biofilms — with vapor delivered through the brush face. Two lengths, inserts replaceable.

What the brush holders do
Vapor softens the deposit while the bristles shear it off the surface. Choose the insert to suit the substrate: nylon for food-contact and coated surfaces, brass and stainless for cast iron, welds and machine frames.

Three rules in daily use
Nylon for food-contact, plastics and painted panels. Brass for aluminium. Stainless only for cast iron, welds and heavy frames.
Light contact pressure is enough. Leaning on the holder wears bristles quickly without cleaning faster.
Once bristles bend outward they stop shearing deposit and start smearing it. Swap the insert, keep the holder.
Never fit a stainless insert to soft, polished or coated surfaces — nylon protects the finish.

Floor Brushes
Wide brush heads for floors, drains, channels and tiled walls — vapor is delivered under the bristles so grease, protein soils and biofilm are lifted from grout lines and textured surfaces rather than pushed around.

Floor Scraper
A steel blade with vapor delivered at the cutting edge — softens and lifts adhesive residue, gum, hardened wax, cured product and bonded build-up that brushing will not move.

Floor Squeegee
A wide vapor and suction head for floors, drains and washdown areas — removes standing water and residue in a single pass so the area can go back into production without waiting.
