Wire & Blade Cleaning Systems

Custom-engineered inline steam cleaning

Steam cleaning and degreasing built into the line itself — wire, strip, plate and blades cleaned in process, at line speed, with no operator and no solvent bath. Every system is engineered around the material, the speed and the space you have.

Cleaning that happens in process

The material passes through a sealed steam chamber sized to its profile. High temperature melts drawing lubricant, oils and embedded soils; low moisture and full extraction leave the surface dry and ready for the next process — coating, welding, inspection or packing.

Sealed steam chambers sized to the wire, strip, plate or blade profile.
Low moisture and full extraction — material exits dry, ready for the next operation.
Safe around drives, sensors and electrical equipment on the line.
Can be controlled by the customer’s line PLC and paired with REA aspiration.
Removes drawing lubricant, oils, grease and embedded soils in process.
No solvent or acid bath, and up to 95% less water than pressure washing.
Runs continuously; fed by a REA central steam generator from 9 to 144 kW.

REA Steam Cleaning solutions overcome the limitations of traditional solvent baths or water-intensive chemical cleaning processes thanks to in-line dry saturated steam.

Every inline system is built to the line. Send us the material, profile, line speed and available space and our engineers will come back with a proposed chamber layout and steam demand.
