Steam cleaning and sanitization for interlock belts
Recommended for Flexlink-type belts and easily moved from one belt to another. Several chambers allow steam or steam plus water, always combined with aspiration that leaves the belt dry — without any detergent, to HACCP protocol.
No contact, no bacteria build-up
Because there is no contact between the belt and the cleaner, the belt is guaranteed to stay clean and no bacteria or filth accumulates on the tool. It washes, sanitizes and dries continuously, during or after production, without an operator.

Multi-chamber cleaning cycle
First passage removes visible dirt with steam and water and prepares the belt for sanitation.
Second passage of steam only, which ensures perfect microorganism removal. No detergent required.
Continuous aspiration extracts steam and residual water, so the belt leaves the tool dry.
