Mobile steam beltwasher — 270 VDA and 350 VDA models
The smallest belt cleaner in the range, designed to be used on belts of different widths. It links to the belt through a fast clamping system and moves across the conveyor to cover the full width — without detergent, to HACCP protocol.
Clamps on in seconds, damages nothing
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and brushless, the VDA washes, sanitizes and dries belts of any width unmanned — mounting without tools or changes to the conveyor frame.

A two-phase washing cycle
First passage removes visible dirt with steam and water and prepares the belt for sanitation.
Second passage of steam only, which ensures perfect microorganism removal. No detergent required.
Continuous aspiration extracts steam and residual water, so the belt leaves the tool dry.

Standard sizes 250 / 300 / 500 mm; other widths available on request. For after-production cleaning the VDA can be installed on the top or bottom of the belt; for cleaning during production it must be installed on the bottom.
