REA Steam Cleaning is specialized in the production of cleaning systems with steam, and in particular the production of so -called “beltcleaners” systems for steam cleaning and sanitization of conveyor belts in the food industry. Cleaning and Sanitization of Conveyor Belts with dry steam is an environment friendly process that makes conveyor belts clean, safe and more productive.

In the automatic versions (Jolly S2 and Jolly D), the two phases are carried out sequentially and automatically without any operator intervention, and therefore the cycle can be ongoing during production.

WITHOUT DETERGENT – Haccp protocol
This belt cleaner is the smallest of the whole range and is designed to be used on belts of different widths. It is linked to the belt through a fast clamping system, and it is possible to easily change the position on the conveyor belt to cover the full width of the belt (video).
A 9kw REA steam generator is sufficient for this cost effective cleaning and sanitizing , detergent free solution.

This model is recommended for any smooth belt and it is easily moved from one belt to another. It is the most convenient and flexible solution to wash and sanitize this kind of belts.

After production cleaning: the VDA beltcleaner can to be installed on the bottom or top of the belt.
Cleaning during production: the VDA beltcleaner has to be installed on the bottom of the belt.

SEMI-AUTO STEAM BELTCLEANERS – JOLLY S1 MODEL
Cleaning and Sanitization of Conveyor Belts: these Beltcleaners are designed to clean and sanitize the belt during production, since they are placed on the return of the belt.
This steam cleaning tool is placed in static position touching the conveyor belt, and is recommended on plastic, teflon or smooth steel belts.
Depending on the needs, the user choose the steam plus water mode to remove visible residues, or choose just steam for sanitization. In both cases the aspiration is continuous so that the belt stays dry.
Cleaning and Sanitization of Conveyor Belts: the Jolly S1 beltcleaner is very easy to remove to sanitize and clean.
If the customer owns already a steam network, REA can feed its steam into this beltcleaner.
JOLLY D BELTCLEANERS
This system is ideal for cleaning and sanitizing modular belts during production.
The beltcleaner is equipped with top and bottom chambers that simultaneously wash the two parts of the belt. Available functions are, for example, steam, steam plus water, continuous vacuuum to leave the belt dry.

AUTOMATIC STEAM BELTCLEANERS – JOLLY S2 MODEL FOR SMOOTH BELTS, JOLLY D MODEL FOR MODULAR BELTS
These models are operator free and can be used continuously during production. They are available for both smooth and modular belts. Jolly S2 has 2 washing chambers: the first one combine steam and water to remove visible contamination, the second one uses just steam for sanitization. Aspiration in both chambers leave the belt perfectly dry. A couple of obvious perks are the fact that it eliminates the costs of personnel for conveyor belt cleaning and the advantage of having a permanently sanitized conveyor belt during production, a decisive factor for providing your customers with the best quality product.

STEAMATIC BELTCLEANERS
This model is recommended for Flexlink TYPE chain belts, and its easily moved from one belt to another. It is made of several chambers that allows for the use of simple steam or steam plus water, always combined with aspiration that leaves the belt dry.
Since there is no contact between belt and beltcleaner, the belt is guaranteed to stay clean and no bacteria or filth accumulates on it.
